Tasting Notes
This Port-style wine seduces the nose with warming spices, brown sugar, dried rose hips, and notes of fig cake and pomegranate reduction that excite. A generous medley of huckleberries and mulled dates open along the palate, gliding smoothly to a finish of sandalwood and vanilla, beckoning the senses for another sip.
Vineyard Notes
Fortified with brandy distilled from our Amoenus Vineyard estate-grown grapes and blended with hand-picked Cabernet Sauvignon, we then aged this wine for almost three years, elevated in seasoned French casks.
