White Christmas Set A trio of white wines

Bright, beautiful, and made for celebration, our White Christmas Set brings together three distinctive wines for a fresh take on holiday giving. From the first festive toast to the wines poured around the table, this all-white trio offers something for every moment of the season.

This gift arrives complete with:

• 1x 2025 Josephine Sauvignon Blanc
• 1x 2025 White Label Sauvignon Blanc
• 1x Non-Vintage Sparkling Blanc de Blancs

Crafted entirely from Chardonnay, our Sparkling Blanc de Blancs opens with generous aromas of lemon crème and toasted brioche, unfolding into crisp heirloom apple, blanched almond, and whispers of vanilla. Extended aging en tirage lends creamy breadth while vibrant acidity keeps every sip precise and refreshing.

The Josephine Sauvignon Blanc brings grapefruit, Meyer lemon, ripe guava, and passionfruit, carried by saline minerality and brilliant freshness.

Completing the trio is our distinctive, unfiltered White Label Sauvignon Blanc. Sourced entirely from Fortuna Vineyard and aged for nine months in a single seasoned French oak puncheon, it reveals layers of tropical fruit and sun-warmed peach with sophisticated hints of flinty minerality, sea spray, apricot, and brioche that add nuance to this remarkably textured wine.
