After many months of thoughtful collaboration with our partners and friends, we're thrilled to finally present our debut non-vintage Sparkling Wine.

Featuring Syrah (60%), Lagrein (35%), and, for the first time ever, Grenache (5%)—one of our latest vineyard plantings on our Amoenus Vineyard, and the secret sauce to this beauty
