Fortified with brandy distilled from Amoenus Vineyard estate-grown grapes, and blended with hand-picked Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine then aged for almost three years, elevated in seasoned French casks.
The result is a Port-style wine that seduces the nose with warming spices, brown sugar, dried rose hips, and notes of fig cake and pomegranate reduction that excite. A generous medley of huckleberries and mulled dates open along the palate, gliding smoothly to a finish of sandalwood and vanilla, beckoning the senses for another sip.
